Sunday Services

Every Sunday morning we gather to worship our Lord through song, prayer, and a time of learning from the Word of God.

We incorporate both traditional hymns and contemporary choruses into our service, and will often enjoy a special music presentation from the choir or one of our congregation’s many talented vocalists and musicians.
Feel free to pass the plate. Tithe & offering collection is a time for First Baptist members to support their church home. Do not feel obligated to give.
We do not have a dress code at First Baptist. “Man looks at the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart.” (1 Samuel 16:7) Some people wear a suit and tie, others wear a t-shirt and jeans. Wear what you feel comfortable wearing. Just be sure to dress your heart with a willingness to worship God and to be changed by Him.
The first floor and sanctuary are fully wheelchair accessible. Assistive listening devices are available for the hearing impaired. If you have any other special needs, please let us know and we will try to accomodate them to the best of our ability.
Bring your kids! We offer excellent childcare during the morning worship service. A nursery for newborns to 2 year olds, and another for 3-6 years olds are located on the first floor. Kids in grades 1-6 are welcome to join in the first half of the service and then head out for Junior Church activities during the sermon. Bring them back on Sunday evenings when we have a lot more in store for kids of all ages!

Evening Praise & Worship

Join us before service to spend some time getting to know us over coffee and donuts (available for free in the downstairs fellowship hall). Doors open by 9:30am.

Different people prefer different styles of worship. There’s a chance you might visit First Baptist and decide it’s not exactly your cup of tea. That’s perfectly okay! What we care about most is making sure you’re plugged-in at a church that will help nurture your relationship with Jesus Christ. Our pastor has compiled a list of good, Bible-believing churches in the area that you can also check out.
